I am trying to educate myself about the MLM industry from all perspectives. Here is what I have found so far. Documentaries: LuLaRich (Amazon), Betting on Zero (Herbalife), The Rise and Fall of LuLaRoe. Anti-MLM podcasts: The Dream, Sounds Like MLM But OK, Life After MLM. Pro-MLM podcasts: MLM Nation, Network Marketing Pro by Eric Worre. YouTube: Kiki Chanel, iilluminaughtii (anti-MLM), various company channels (pro). What am I missing? What content helped you form your opinion about the industry?

I am curious about the international aspect. Does your company operate in multiple countries? I have heard that some people are building teams overseas where the market is less saturated.

My biggest piece of advice - never recruit someone who cannot afford to lose their investment. If a person is living paycheck to paycheck, you are potentially putting them in a worse financial position. Be ethical about who you bring into the business.
