During her time at Avon, Boles’ markets consistently ranked among the top-performing regions. Her leadership in consultant development, rapid onboarding, and growth strategies led her region to finish second out of over 80 nationwide for key growth indicators.
Expanding Global Reach
After her successful stint at Avon, Boles shifted her focus to international expansion, supporting markets across the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada. She played a crucial role in mentoring emerging leaders in Australia and New Zealand, implementing scalable training and leadership systems.
In her most recent role as Head of Business Development at Immunotec, Boles concentrated on leadership development and market expansion, further showcasing her capabilities in building modern systems that foster scalable growth.
