Income Streams
- Retail Profit (20-40%): Margin earned on direct product sales to customers
- Personal Volume Bonus: Monthly bonus based on personal sales volume
- Team Commission: Override commissions on team sales across multiple levels
- Leadership Bonus: Additional bonuses for achieving and maintaining leadership ranks
- Fast Start Bonus: One-time bonus for enrolling new distributors who achieve initial sales targets
Rank Advancement
The compensation plan includes multiple ranks that distributors can achieve through personal sales and team building. Higher ranks unlock additional bonuses and commission percentages. Typical ranks include Consultant, Senior Consultant, Manager, Director, and Executive levels.
