When to let go of underperforming team members

I have team members who are not putting in any effort but expect me to do everything for them. At what point should I stop investing time in someone and focus on others?

I respectfully disagree with some of your points. Yes, most people do not make money, but that is true of any business. The SBA says 50% of traditional businesses fail within 5 years. At least with MLM the startup cost is low so the financial risk is minimal.

I have been in network marketing for 10 years across 2 companies. Currently earning about $5,500 per month. Here is the truth nobody tells you - it took me 4 years of consistent daily work before I hit $1,000 per month. Most people quit before reaching that point.
