The company has a good compensation plan with plenty of team-based bonuses and incentives. They provide quality essential oils but the certification is from the company itself and they are overpriced
There are 4 different ways where you can earn money through the DoTerra’s compensation plan:
- Retail Bonus
An associate will be eligible for commission upto 25 % on the DoTerra products sold.
- Fast Start Bonus
- The executives will be eligible for fast start bonus within the first 60 days, and this bonus will be provided as a commission from their first 3 levels of downline. (From Level 1: upto 20 %, Level 2: upto 10% , Level 3: upto 5%)
- Other bonuses include Power of Three Bonus and the Unilevel Bonus.
